Auntie Paige's Wedding
A very special event in the Scarborough family unfolded on May 15th. Steven's little sister Paige got married in Gulf Shores. It was a fun destination wedding. Our closest family was able to attend along with a lot of dear friends. This was a nice getaway for our family. We got to enjoy some good friends, some beach time and just good family time.
We congratulate Paige and Drew, and wish them the best time of their lives as they get on this journey as a married couple.
New Olreans Takes On A Different Meaning
Every couple of years, we find ourselves back to New Orleans. After all, Steven was born there and has great memories of such a great Cajun culture, and it is wonderful that we can continue to enjoy the bits and pieces of it still now. Few years back, New Orleans was a party zone and "adults" city, but now, it has taken a whole new meaning for us. This last time we went, we really got to enjoy more of the local flavor-we checked out the public transportation, local parks, food, etc. The best part of it all was seeing our son enjoy every awakening moment in this city! The kid has really, unconsciously taken in everything the city had to offer and made the best out of it. All I can say is that I can't wait to go back there again with him and my hubby. Luke is a great traveling companion and a whole lot of fun!!!!
