Da-Da-Da....

Here is a little clip of Luke that I filmed this morning. About two days ago, Luke has started babbling and talking a lot more. Most of his words sounds like da-da-da (which I'm sure make his daddy proud). He's too adorable now. I love listening to him. He talks to anything that is interesting to him-cats, a remote control or a wall.

He's also crawling a lot more and pulling up on his jumper, truck or the sofa.

Good job Luke!

Pumpkin Patch

Here are few pictures of Luke from last Saturday. We joined Cara and Amelia on the trip to the Golden Triangle Pumpkin Patch. It is actually a place where they sell pumpkins, but we were able to snap few good pictures of the kids while we were there.

Playdate

Yesterday was a lot of fun. Luke's friend Braden came over for a playdate with his mom Courtney. The boys really enjoyed playing together. It was fun watching them getting to know each other. Braden is a such a cute boy. The boys are only six days apart in age. Courtney and I also enjoyed hanging out. The boys seemd to hit it off, so we were able to exchange few words.

First Trip to the Zoo

This past Friday Steven, Luke and I had an opportunity to go the Fort Worth Zoo. The day was perfect. We didn't realize how much Luke was going to enjoy the trip. The weather was perfect and the animals were awesome. Luke seemed to really like all the birds.
Steven and I were really surprised by how much Luke was taking in. He loved seeing all the action happening around us. Surprisingly, we were able to stay at the zoo for good two and half hours.

Luke in October

October is here! We have already had so much happening at it is only beginning of the month. Luke has gotten his second tooth yesterday (10/11) and he is talking a lot more. He's also trying to pull up now on anything and everything. Here are few pictures that I took over the last few days.

One day Luke and I were trying to come up with some new toys so we came up with this. Luke enjoyed being pulled around in the basket till Alley decided it was her turn. Needless to say Luke didn't really mind it.

Last Tuesday we got some rain after a while. Luke was really enjoying watching the rain.
