Well Past Due

Wow, time does go by fast when you're having fun! I'm going to make a little update on what's going with us lately.

Luke's biggest improvement lately has been his vocabulary and his motor skills. Everyday he comes up with a new word. Just tonight as I was giving him a bath he asked me "Why" after I told him he can't drink the bath water; then he followed it up with asking me to give him a leas- son in how to roll a screw on a screw-crab toy. Just like this, he just says new words day in day out. We've been taking advantage of cooler days here, so we've been going to the parks and playing quiet a bit. He loves to climb, slide and swing. Sand box has complete new meaning-it's a treasure box! He's also turning into this very social butterfly. Loves to play with kids and is extremely adaptable-age and gender really doesn't matter. Luke just wants to have fun and play!

Steven and I are doing well. Recently, Steven came to a crossroad about his career and decided to take a new direction. We'll see how things play out. This time is going to be a good learning curve for all of us.

As for me, I'm starting to entertain the idea of starting up a little fun on-line project. I also may get a little seasonal part time job now that Luke's starting to be little more self sufficient.
We have a lot to look forward to as the holidays begin to roll in. We look forward to spending a lot of time with our families and friends. We are also very excited to about a new addition to our extended family. Luke is going to have a little cousin!
Today's Steven's B-day. Big 32!!!! We enjoyed sharing this day with him!!!
Here are few pictures of the latest happenings!!!!

Update

I really don't have any excuses for not updating the blog more frequently besides the fact that summer is going by too fast and for some odd reason, I can't catch the time to sit down to upload few photos. Lukie man has been growing at the speed of light! He's a major toddler now. Jumping, talking, playing at all times. He loves to play with his friends, and reading is taking a whole new meaning. I look at some older blogs and I realize how much he has changed. I love this stage and I really look forward to see what's next that Luke is going to discover!
